1. Using Nomaini

By accessing or using Nomaini, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract.

2. Listings and sales

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Items must be authentic, legally owned, and described truthfully. Nomaini reserves the right to remove listings that violate these standards.

3. Escrow and payments

All payments are processed through our escrow system. Funds are released to sellers once buyers confirm receipt or after the dispute window has closed.

4. Fees

Sellers pay a commission on each completed sale, disclosed at the time of listing. Buyers pay shipping at checkout.

5. Disputes

Buyers may open a dispute within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review evidence from both parties and reach a fair resolution.

6. Liability

Nomaini provides the platform but is not party to the sale itself. Our liability is limited to the value of the disputed transaction.
